My first game project and was in essence a mod for Unreal Tournament 3 using the Unreal Engine, where characters, animations, weapons and the environment were replaced with our own designs.
As a character animator I worked on the Ogre creating various sets of animation including run cyclics, strafes, taunts, deaths and attack animations that would all be played in game.
It was a fun project to work on and my first real experience of working within a game engine learning the differences between animating for film and animating for game whilst also understanding the limits of a game engine's capabilities and animation trees.
